SNPA CLone.

Tony is providing a 5 gallon cooler mash tun for it's maiden voyage.

a little over 10lbs grain.
perle and cascade are the hops.

WE also have an old immersion chiller to test.

If this goes well, tony and chris might brew every three weeks at chris's parents (unless mike can be bribed to let us use the BH porch).

Notes:

1. might be better to use bottled water for purity and pre measurement

2. use long lighter for burner

3. digital thermometers might be more accurate

4. use oven mitts to handle boil pot or install spigot for gravity system

5. make sure mash is at correct temp

6. make sure to use all water called for in recipe

7. use hop bag

8. store carboy in a cool closet if dedicated fridge not available
